Excellent customer service while I am hospitalized!! My client will be pleased that I was able to provide her changes so quickly even though I am ill.

I have heard nothing from the company. They have non-existent customer service. I wouldn't recommend booking a walk to the corner with this company.

Gogo has independent agents whom it hangs out to dry and leaving both the agent and the corporation semi-responsible yet unwilling to do anything about problems. I booked a room for a birthday trip, and put down a deposit on 7/4/22. I was told the balance was due on 7/30/22. When I went to pay the balance I was told the room and the rate were no longer available, and I should just find another hotel. I wanted to stay at the Ritz Carlton. That's what we paid for and was part of the celebration. They are like "oooops" instead of bending over backwards to make things right, and get me a room at my desired property. Horrible customer service

Money was refunded from Royal Barbados Sandals to gogo tours the booking agency, no refund has been issued to us and its been over a month! Truly on satisfied with their customer service and lack of communication

Reimbursement for damage at resort

Money was reimbursed to gogo tours from Royal Barbados Sandals and they never notified or contacted me for receiving the reimbursement. I have tried to contact the company multiple times as No one returns calls or emails to resolve the issue.

User's recommendation: No i would not recommend gogo tours.

Rider tel number not active

Got this sms from gogo express informing me that my parcel was on its way to me, Tried to contact the rider from his/her cp number but it seems that his contact number is not active anymore

I have worked with GOGO VACATIONS for 35 years . Yesterday was my last straw . I will not book with them for the foresee future.

I had clients traveling yesterday 4/7/22 their flight was delayed ,understandably this happens. I call to speak to Indie and was advised all is fine with their private transfer. Well that wasn't the case, the driver left, and my clients had to wait. Tried cling GOGO stayed on hold for hours finally selected a call back ...still waiting!! No more, how incredibly bad

Poor customer service from a company who was elite in customer service. Very dissapointing

New res system no longer any personal assistance. Going to ttl .com. no training on new system. Just dumped on agents
