Already called try explaining it to one of u emplyees got no where and he hung up on me really you call this service they are rude and should not be dealing with the public but guess what u cant get in touch or sleak to a supervisor because they hang up on u and you will just go in circles with them aweful customer support

Horrible

GOGO Vacations - Horrible
Roaches in main restaurant- kids were killing them. Food wasnt coverded and flies were all over the food buffet and even on our plates. Everything had to be covered. Staff not friendly . Room was cleaned for 2 days and when they did clean room. They put on pissy sheets. We had to go to front desk three times for someone to come. They really cared less about our complaint. And took an hour to change sheets. Phone doesnt work so we had to constantly walk to front desk which was a long walk

This does not sound right. GOGO is a wholesale vacation company, not timeshare.

I just had the same call and am trying to find any reviews about them purchasing timeshares but no luck. Seems very sketchy.

I have heard nothing from the company. They have non-existent customer service. I wouldn't recommend booking a walk to the corner with this company.

Gogo has independent agents whom it hangs out to dry and leaving both the agent and the corporation semi-responsible yet unwilling to do anything about problems. I booked a room for a birthday trip, and put down a deposit on 7/4/22.

I was told the balance was due on 7/30/22. When I went to pay the balance I was told the room and the rate were no longer available, and I should just find another hotel. I wanted to stay at the Ritz Carlton. That's what we paid for and was part of the celebration.

They are like "oooops" instead of bending over backwards to make things right, and get me a room at my desired property. A HORRIBLE travel agency. Don't bother. A HORRIBLE travel agency.

Reimbursement for damage at resort

Money was reimbursed to gogo tours from Royal Barbados Sandals and they never notified or contacted me for receiving the reimbursement. I have tried to contact the company multiple times as No one returns calls or emails to resolve the issue.

I had clients traveling yesterday 4/7/22 their flight was delayed ,understandably this happens. I call to speak to Indie and was advised all is fine with their private transfer. Well that wasn't the case, the driver left, and my clients had to wait. Tried cling GOGO stayed on hold for hours finally selected a call back ...still waiting!! No more, how incredibly bad

Failure to refund deposit

I had a travel agent book a trip to Sandals, Bahamas for May 25 2020 and they booked it through gogovacations. Covid caused Bahamas to close so I canceled the trip On April 2 and received notice that my $200 deposit would be returned. In May I inquired to my travel agent, she was told it takes 2 billing cycles to process. (I didnt know a billing cycle was a month). In June I had them check again and they were told it would take longer due to Covid??? but should be processed by month end. Now its July, (90 days) and no refund! Pretty poor Company!
